Merchandise Management. This modul is the first modul in Retail Merchandising System. Merchandise Management (Item/PLU/SKU) and its hierarchy, such as Item category and Department, are recorded in this modul. If your merchandise items require more hierarchy than the above mention, it is can be done easily. Supplier records are also managed in this modul.

Organizational Hierarchy. This modul is used to cover organization entities (such as: region, area/branch, stores, warehouses) where your company would like to maintain its inventory. Most used entities are stores and warehouses. There are no limitations on how many stores or warehouses in this applications. We always avoid any hard coded programming in our modul, so, in case in the future your company grows, having more stores and/or warehouses in your organizations, there will be no additional programming effort in this applications. It is already covered.

Transactions. This modul records all merchandise item transactions regarding Sales, Uploading POS transactions, Purchase Orders, Invoice, Delivery Orders, Shipment, Receiving, Return to Suppliers, Transfer In, Transfer Out, Stock Clearance, Price Changes (Markup / Markdown). All merchandise transactions will be recorded so it will be easy to track transaction history. You will know how many sales you make in a period, how many purchase, return and transfers in term of item quantity, total cost and also total retail. Information on price change history also will be kept. The merchandise item quantity in all transactions will be use for inventory modul for the purpose of stock reporting. The value of total cost and total retail of each transactions also available and it can be summaries by supplier, by period, by item category, by department or by other item hierarchy.

Inventory. This modul is about managing and monitoring stock. Stock balances (Beginning Stock, Ending Stock, Stock In, Stock Out) are managed periodically in stores and warehouses or any other organization hierarchy. Stock Opname or Stock Counting, is also included in this modul. Many variations of stock inventory reporting are also available.

Data Download Tool. For the purpose of record checking, validation or custom reporting, this tool provide a feature for downloading data from the database to csv formats, makes them easy to be formated using Ms Excel.

Reports. Each modul already provided with standard reports. So there will be some purchasing reports, sales reports, return reports, transfer reports and some reports related to the stock or inventory. Some of these Stock or Inventory reporting are :

  (By Period,By Supplier,By Category, By Store,etc),
• List of Over Stock Item (item where its quantity is more than maximum limits)
