Material Management.
The first thing to do in the implementation of the Manufacturing application is to setup and manage all materials within the company. Finished goods (company products) and raw material setup can be done with unlimited number of specifications.You can determine as many as needed the number of specifications of products and raw materials. After determining specifications, the value of each specification then can be key in in the product form or raw material form. Work in Progress (WIP) products can be monitored easily. Bill of Materials (BOM) form is provided to find out what are raw materials needed for each product.
Master File.
Master File is the modul to manage all needed entities in the application. Some of those standard entities are customers, suppliers, offices, plants, warehouses, manufacturing job, machinery, etc. You can determine later on if there are any additional entities needed for the application. Setup of any additional master entities is very easy.
Transactions.
This modul records all transactions regarding finished goods / products, raw material and spare parts such as Sales Orders/Invoice, Purchase Orders/Invoice, Return to Customers, Return to Suppliers, Delivery Order, etc.
Production.
In production modul all activities which involve production planning and monitoring, work order, production entry, production process and production batch will be recorded. In each production batch all raw material usages can be monitored and controlled properly. Periodically,
we can find out all information regarding which work order are still on the run, how many materials are still in progress, etc.

Costing.
This modul supports Standard Costing, Job Costing, and Actual Costing, including a variety of summary, detail and cost variance reports. The level of costing can be setup on many level and can be recorded based on many cost types (such as labor, material, overhead, packaging, etc). The modul can track actual costs within the manufacturing process by defining specific cost points. The job costing is used for tracking actual cost against specific jobs as they are processed.
This modul consists of Cost Setup, Cost Component, Cost Models, Part Cost Structure, Inventory Valuation, Standard Costing, Job Costing, Actual Costing, etc.
Inventory.
All activities which effecting inventory status are included in this modul. Those activities are Delivery, Usage, Transfers, Shipment, etc. Inventory quantity status are managed periodically in each office, plant, warehouse, branch, job process or any other entities that you would like to monitor. Based on beginning stock and ending stock in each inventory entity, the program will provide information on average cost or average retail (HPP), usual information that needed by the accounting.
Others.
Based on reports information, you will be able to make the next material purchase schedules and define production schedules. Some manufacture companies require distribution modul and some of them also require export/import modul.
Data Download Tool.
For the purpose of record checking, validation or custom reporting, this tool provide a feature for downloading data from the database to csv formats, makes them easy to be formated using Ms Excel.
Reports.
Each modul already provided with standard reports. If there are any specific custom reports, we will provide them based on your user requirements.
