Item Management. This modul is the first modul in Distribution Management System. Item Management (Item/PLU/SKU) and its hierarchy, such as Item category and Department, are recorded in this modul. If your distribution items require more hierarchy than the above mention, it is can be done easily. Supplier records are also managed in this modul.

Organization Hierarchy. This modul is used to cover organization entities (such as: country, region, area, depo, branch, salesman) where your company would like to maintain its inventory. Most used entities are branches and salesman. There are no limitations on how many branches and salesman in this applications. We always avoid any hard coded programming in our modul, so, in case in the future your company grows, having more branches and/or salesman in your organizations, there will be no additional programming effort in this applications. It is already covered.

Transactions. This modul records all distribution item transactions regarding Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoice, Delivery Orders, Shipment, Receiving, Return to Suppliers, Transfer In, Transfer Out, Price Changes (Markup/Markdown).

Inventory. This modul is about managing and monitoring stock. Stock balances (Beginning Stock, Ending Stock, Stock In, Stock Out) are managed periodically in branches and salesman or any other organization hierarchy. Stock Opname or Stock Counting, is also included in this modul. Many variations of stock inventory reporting are also available.

Sales Performances. This modul is about managing and monitoring sales performances. Work unit sales performances (depo/branch/etc) can be monitored periodically. Monitoring performances of each salesman is also easy to be done. There are many variations of reporting for this performance monitoring purpose that can be selected based on your requirements.

Data Download Tool. For the purpose of record checking, validation or custom reporting, this tool provide a feature for downloading data from the database to csv formats, makes them easy to be formated using Ms Excel.

Reports. Each modul already provided with standard reports. If there are any specific custom reports, we will provide them based on your user requirements.
